Life coaching is about creating the life you want to live!  You may know what brings you to coaching or you may not.


Life Coaching can be helpful if:

•Perhaps you want to experience increased happiness or work-life balance?

•Maybe you want to explore other career options or improve your social relationships?



Melissa Michelle, LLC will examine all of the areas of your life to see where you would like to make changes. Together we will set goals that are specific, realistic and attainable by focusing on your values, strengths and dreams.

The process of coaching offers support and strategies to break down tasks that seem overwhelming into ones that will bring you success. Coaching also creates a relationship of accountability where you do not feel alone as you are working toward your goal. My coaching practice is informed by the knowledge and research from the field of Positive Psychology.

Coaching sessions may be in person or by phone or Skype and in a group setting or individually. Sessions are typically once per week for an hour. Thirty minute and bi-weekly sessions can also be arranged.

Specially priced coaching packages are available as well as topics-focused coaching groups. Packages are available for 3, 6 and 12 month periods.



Life coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for a psychotherapy or healthcare service.
